These Fords were fitted with either Girling or Lockheed brakes. 

Girling Brakes          = Single Piston Wheel Cylinder (Piston at One End of Sliding Cylinder)

                                   = Two Brake Springs per Wheel (x1 Really Long & x1 Really Short).

Lockheed Brakes    = Double Piston Wheel Cylinder (Piston at Each End).

                                  = Three Brake Springs per Wheel.

Note - The Master Cylinder and Front Brakes are always Girling so reading what is says on the Master Cylinder is not accurate enough. You are advised to compare the picture or call for advice.

Don't just buy this without finding out which type you have - Look at the picture.

This function of this coil is to generate the 000's of volts required by your spark plugs, they deteriorate with age and the insulation between the wires inside can breakdown and therefore the coil needs replacing once in a while.
