(You must identify your caliper type, if you take out the brake pads and look at the pistons you'll see they are surrounded by a rubber ring. If that rubber ring is held in place by a metal clip then these won't suit, also you can see in the photos the rubber ring I'm pointing to is quite thick).

You get a pair of Pistons here which is enough pistons to repair x1 caliper, quite easy to fit as well!

Please change the quantity to x2 if you want to replace the Pistons for both Calipers.

NOTE - When you look a the Zephyr Mk2 / Mk3 you'll see there are 5 studs to bolt the wheel onto the outside of the hub. The discs bolt onto the back of the hub - So it is correct the disc has 4 holes.

These calipers come complete with the pistons and seals already assembled, they do not include Brake Pads or the Pad Fitting Pins / Shims. 

These Calipers have Type 16PB Pistons.                  (Stepped top Piston and Metal Ring)

 Your original Calipers may have Type 16P Pistons.  (Flat Top Piston with no Metal Ring)

There are two varieties of piston / seal as Girling improved the design with the 16pb from 1968. 

There’s no difference in braking between 16p & 16pb as the pistons are the same diameter.
