If I've sent you the wrong / broken part - I'll usually just re-send another one OR refund including post if that's not possible.
If the item was -
- Purchased in error
- You didn't read the description
- You try to fit the parts to a car not listed
Then I may charge a handling fee of 10% of the Value of the part(s) and the buyer must cover the postage costs both ways.
